Design and Layout-
The design and layout of your Stone Pet Accent is individually completed
by hand. We do not use automatic engraving machines. If you have
an alignment or design requests, please let us know.

Engraving Time-
Orders are processed in the order that they are received; most
orders are engraved, and ready for shipment within 5 to 7 working
days (Monday thru Friday). Depending on our order volume, it
is hard at times to calculate the exact completion time for each
order. Please keep in mind that we are trying to ship every order
out in a timely manner. Our engraving times are guidelines and
under most circumstances are always met for the competition of
your order.
We do offer NEXT DAY SERVICE if you need your order rushed and
received by a certain date. You must email or call us to confirm
that we can honor your request for Next Day Service. There will
be an additional fee for each Next Day Order that is put to the
front of our production line. We do understand the need for this
service, and will get it done. Please do not assume your order
will be engraved the next day unless we confirm it with you.
An upgrade in shipping will be needed to meet your request.

Guarantee-
We are committed to your needs and total satisfaction with our
stone pet accents. We cannot give refunds on personalized stone accents
once they have been engraved, since we cannot resell the stone accent.
However, a 50% credit will be applied to any future orders if
you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your Stone Pet Accent.

Shipping and Transit Times for UPS Ground-
All orders ship UPS ground, this is the most cost effective
method for shipping our stone accents. The combined engraving time,
normally 5 to 7 workdays and the transit time is how long it
will take for you to receive your order. UPS also offers 3-day
select, 2nd day air and next day air shipping. When ordering
from our shopping cart you may override UPS ground with the needed
shipping method so your order arrives on time. However remember,
our natural stone accents are HEAVY, so be careful and do not
be surprised of the cost, if you upgrade from UPS ground.

Due to cost, customs, and tracking issues, we do not ship outside
the contiguous 48 states.
